As Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing complex sub-projects within our organization. From design to realization, you will support new construction and renovation projects, ensuring installations are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will combine strategic insight with hands-on leadership, working closely with various teams.

Your role in our team

You will manage a diverse portfolio of technical sub-projects and act as the key link between internal teams and external partners. You coordinate execution, monitor progress and quality, and lead the execution team. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, planners, draftsmen, installers, and controllers. You also maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and building long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparing and planning projects, including analyzing project requests, specifications, and contract agreements
  • Developing and monitoring realistic schedules with clear phases and milestones
  • Budget monitoring and cost control in collaboration with controlling and other departments
  • Leading execution meetings and managing the project execution team
  • Monitoring progress, safety, quality, and client satisfaction on site
  • Supervising the correct execution of installations according to design and regulations
  • Coordinating project delivery and aftercare in cooperation with the Service department
  • Reporting progress and financials to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying deviations and adjusting planning and budget as needed
  • Managing project risks and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Contributing to process optimization and promoting innovation, such as digitization and BIM

What you bring to the table

You are a natural leader with a strong technical background and attention to both detail and the big picture. You have experience managing projects in technical environments and are skilled at balancing various interests and stakeholders.

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in project management within technical installation or a similar environment
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and projects involving multiple disciplines (electrical, mechanical, software)
  • Technical knowledge of installations such as HVAC, electrical systems, security, and sustainable technologies
  • Excellent communication skills in German, English and Dutch
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% within Europe
