What will you do?
As an HR Officer, you are the administrative heart of our HR department. Together with your three colleagues, you ensure the efficient execution of the daily HR cycle. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining up-to-date personnel files in NMBRS (experience with this system is a big plus)
- Applying for Schiphol passes
- Posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews
- Processing sick leave and return-to-work notifications
- Supporting various HR administrative tasks
- Working with systems such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office
In this role, it’s important that you maintain an overview, set priorities, and make decisions with confidence. You know what needs to be done, you’re not afraid to address colleagues when necessary, and you make sure agreements are followed through.

You’ll be joining a close-knit and professional HR team. Together, you provide engaged and high-quality HR support within Scarabee. With your experience in HR administration, you’ll help further professionalize the team and ensure a solid foundation in the day-to-day processes.
What do you bring?
- MBO+ level of working and thinking (a degree in HRM is an advantage but not required)
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative HR role
- A structured, accurate, and assertive working style
- Strong command of both Dutch and English
- Experience with HR information systems (preferably NMBRS)
