That is why we are looking for a Product Quality Specialist who ensures that our products meet the highest standards — from development to delivery to the customer.
What will you do as a Product Quality Specialist?
As a Product Quality Specialist, you monitor the quality of our products throughout the entire lifecycle. Your duties consist of:
- Performing quality checks and product inspections during production and delivery;
- Performing acceptance tests in the factory and/or at customer locations;
- Analyzing quality data and identifying trends and risks;
- Handling and following up on deviations (NCRs), complaints, and CAPA actions;
- Initiating and performing root cause analyses for quality issues;
- Drafting and improving quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans; Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production to define and monitor quality criteria;
- Participate in supplier evaluations and qualification processes;
- Perform site inspections (including HS-related checks);
- Report findings to internal stakeholders and customers.
What do you bring?
- You are available 32 to 40 hours per week;
- A completed MBO-4 or HBO education in a technical field or quality management;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or high-tech environment;
- Experience with quality control, auditing, data analysis, and problem-solving;
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus);
- In possession of a B driver’s license; You work accurately and analytically, and enjoy improving things;
- You are willing to travel occasionally (±20%).
