Product Security (PSIRT)

We take the security of our products, systems and data seriously. Our Daifuku Airport Netherlands PSIRT provides a dedicated point of contact for the responsible reporting of
security vulnerabilities and potential incidents affecting our services and solutions.

If you believe you have identified a security issue, we encourage you to notify us promptly using the contact details below. Early reporting enables us to assess risks, implementappropriate mitigation measures and protect our customers, partners and stakeholders from
potential harm.

All reports are handled in a confidential and professional manner, in accordance with recognized information security practices. We are committed to acknowledging receipt,
investigating reported issues and providing timely updates on remediation progress where appropriate.

Submit a vulnerability

We want to encourage security experts, independent researchers, customers and other parties to report any security problems in our products and solutions to us. You can contact
the Daifuku Airport Netherlands PSIRT by sending an email using the link below. We will treat all vulnerability reports confidentially and use the information only for the purpose of investigating and resolving the reported security issue. Please include the following information in your report:

  • Your name and contact details (email and/or telephone), so we can communicate with you during the investigation
  • Company name (if any)
  • The affected product, system, software version, or configuration
  • Description of the potential impact of the vulnerability
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, including any proof-of-concept information where available
  • Any relevant screenshots, logs, or technical details
  • A note as to whether the vulnerability has already been published (by you or someone
    else)

What happens after your report?

After receiving your report, our PSIRT will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your report within 2 business days.
  • Review and validate the reported vulnerability.
  • Work with relevant teams to determine appropriate mitigation or remediation measures.
  • Keep you informed about the progress where possible.
  • Coordinate disclosure and communication of the vulnerability when appropriate.
