To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial professional to drive our growth in the region and represent Scarabee locally as Country Manager DACH.

Your Mission

As Country Manager for the DACH region, you are responsible for Scarabee’s commercial success in the market. You will lead business development, maintain key client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. You’ll align our global vision with the specific market conditions and regulatory requirements in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
In close collaboration with our product development, engineering, sales, and service teams, you will deliver customized airport solutions that create real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for all commercial activities in the DACH region
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities to strengthen our market presence
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop the product portfolio and create effective sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulations relevant to the region
  • Represent Scarabee at industry events and expand a strong partner network
  • Lead and support administrative operations of our German legal entity in coordination with Finance, HR, and Legal
  • Regular travel within the region and internationally to support our growth strategy

Your Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in aviation, airport operations, or security infrastructure, ideally with regional leadership responsibilities
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
  • University degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of the DACH markets and their unique characteristics
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
