About the role
As Manager Service Operations, you will be the driving force behind our international service organization. You will lead a team of local Service Managers and ensure flawless service delivery – from performance and customer satisfaction to budgets and KPIs.
You combine leadership with analytical strength and always find the right balance between customer value and efficiency. With your coaching style, you lift teams to the next level and make sure everyone is moving in the same direction.
What you will do
- Lead & coach local Service Managers and their teams.
- Manage KPIs on service quality, response times, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
- Optimize processes & systems, including the use of service management software.
- Ensure financial control by preparing, analyzing, and monitoring budgets.
- Engage stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, and Operations, and report service performance to customers.
- Initiate improvement projects that increase efficiency and create more customer value.
What you bring
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical studies or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in service or operations management, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Proven experience with KPI-driven management and process optimization.
- Familiarity with service management software and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership skills: coaching, communicative, and results-oriented.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
