As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the execution of projects and report to the Head of Projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the project management of product deliveries to customers, from initiation through completion.
- Creating, monitoring, and adjusting project schedules, budgets, and progress.
- Assembling, organizing, and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
- Coordinating the development of drawings, diagrams, technical specifications, and calculations.
- Ensuring correct installation and commissioning of products in accordance with specifications and contractual agreements.
- Monitoring quality, safety, and compliance with laws and regulations (including ISO, UL, VCA, and occupational health & safety).
- Managing the financial aspects of projects, including project administration and logistical coordination.
- Providing complete project documentation and handover in line with contractual requirements.
- Proposing improvement initiatives to organize projects more efficiently, reduce costs, and increase margins.
Information Management
- Collecting and providing (technical) information to external consultants, installation companies, and subcontractors.
- Ensuring timely and accurate technical information for internal teams, clients, and partners.
Communication
- Discussing issues, progress, planning, and budgets with the project team.
- Advising the Sales department during the tendering phase.
- Coordinating with Engineering on technical solutions and changes.
- Consulting with Procurement on the evaluation of purchasing and material deliveries.
- Collaborating with quality experts on test results and any required adjustments.
- Ensuring proper handover and alignment with Service & Maintenance.
- Chairing project meetings for ongoing projects.
Authority
- Determining the technical execution, specifications, materials used, and timelines within established standards.
- Setting priorities based on the project schedule.
- Advising customers and making decisions to resolve issues and prevent undesired developments.
- Issuing assignments to subcontractors and approving purchase orders within agreed budget limits.
What You Bring
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a technical discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in a technical environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2).
- Strongly developed project management skills.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and MS Project.

- Experience with contract management, budget control, and financial reporting.
- Experience with stakeholder management in a complex, multidisciplinary environment.
