As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of high-impact projects – from tender through design to execution and handover. Whether it’s new construction or renovation, your mission is to deliver advanced technical installations on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your role in our team

You manage a diverse portfolio of technical installation projects across your assigned region. Working with internal teams and external partners, you ensure smooth collaboration, efficient planning, and excellent results. You will lead project teams, guide junior project leaders, and be the key link between clients, suppliers, engineers, and the site organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and reporting on multiple projects within your portfolio.
  • Leading the preparation phase, including technical analysis, planning, budgeting, and contract setup.
  • Coordinating execution teams – from engineers and planners to subcontractors and installers.
  • Safeguarding progress, quality, safety, and client satisfaction on site, together with the Site Manager.
  • Managing project risks, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring strong financial and operational reporting.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Driving continuous improvement, digital innovation (e.g. BIM), and knowledge sharing within the team.

What you bring to the table

You are a natural leader with a strong technical background and an eye for both strategy and detail. You know how to keep projects on track in complex environments and are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or similar).
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management in a technical, multidisciplinary setting (e.g. electrical, mechanical, software).
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent planning, budgeting and coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical installations (HVAC, electrical, security, automation, sustainability).
  • Familiarity with contract types such as UAV(U), D&C, and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience with PM tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera).
  • Native German speaker, fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 40%).
