We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Service Sales Manager Europe, who will be responsible for selling service products and contracts to international airports.
Job description
As the Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships with European airports. You will offer tailored service solutions for our technical systems and software applications. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding service and aftersales and will work closely with colleagues across the Sales organization.
You excel at identifying customer needs and translating them into commercial proposals. Your approach is proactive, structured, and results-driven.
Key responsibilities
- Sales of a wide range of service products, including:
- Parts management contracts
- First-, second-, and third-line maintenance
- Software services and consultancy
- Trainings and workshops
- SLAs for product lines such as security lanes, bag drop systems, and other operational assets
- Managing and expanding customer relationships at (inter)national airports
- Assessing customer needs and preparing targeted service proposals
- Regular customer visits across Europe
- Collaborating with the Project Sales department to offer integrated customer solutions
- Achieving commercial objectives (revenue, margin, customer satisfaction)
- Reporting to the Director of Service & After Market Sales
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (HBO level)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in (international) service-focused sales
- Affinity with technology, operational systems, and software
- Independent, proactive, persuasive, and customer-oriented
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other European languages, especially German, is a plus)
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
