What you will do
As a Service Support Specialist, you are the central point of our service organization:

  • Plan and coordinate installations and service visits.
  • Manage and keep up-to-date the certifications and training of our service engineers.
  • Monitor and maintain access and safety requirements at customer sites.
  • Prepare quotes and administratively process assignments.
  • Maintain customer contact and occasionally visit customer sites.
  • Manage service-related documentation and tools.
  • Ensure optimal scheduling and deployment of service personnel.
  • Manage and renew service contracts, including agreements with subcontractors.
  • Provide reports and progress updates to the Director of Services.

Who you are

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinating role within a service or technical environment.
  • Structured, accurate, and a true doer.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented.
  • Affinity with planning systems and document management is a plus.
