Service Technician (m/f/d) – Location: Munich

The Scarabee Aviation Group, part of the Daifuku Group, a global leader in material handling and security systems, is looking for a motivated Service Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the mechanical and software maintenance of our Security Lanes (checkpoints), both preventive and corrective
  • Troubleshooting and fault analysis in case of system malfunctions
  • Preparing reports and providing technical explanations to our customers and internal departments

Your Profile

  • Completed technical education (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science) or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in technical service or a similar position
  • Solid knowledge of mechanics and software
  • A strong and confident personality with an independent work style and a collaborative mindset
  • Good communication skills in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel (mainly within Germany)
