Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for persuasive writing? Do you get energized by complex tender processes where content, strategy, and timing must come together perfectly? Then we are looking for you as a Bid & Proposal Manager!

What will you do as a Bid & Proposal Manager?

As a Bid & Proposal Manager, you are the linchpin of the entire procurement and RFP process. From the moment a commercial opportunity becomes concrete right through to the final submission, you are responsible for the direction, content, and quality of the tender. You combine process management, strategic insight, and strong writing skills to develop distinctive, consistent, and winning proposals. Your duties consist of:

  • Developing and coordinating winning tender and RFP processes;
  • Analyzing client requirements and translating them into a strong bid strategy;
  • Writing and editing persuasive tender documentation;
  • Coordinating and integrating input from multidisciplinary teams;
  • Monitoring the planning, quality, and consistency of the bid;
  • Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing bid processes.

What do you bring?

  • Completed HBO or WO degree in Commercial Economics, Communication, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar;
  • 3 – 6 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposal writing;
  • Experience with complex B2B projects and long sales cycles;
  • You possess excellent business language skills (at least Dutch/English, German is a plus) and can articulate complex subject matter clearly and persuasively;
  • Experience in technical or infrastructure projects and European tenders is a strong advantage.
