Are you a commercially strong contract manager with a technical background? Do you want to work in an international environment and contribute to high-quality service solutions within aviation security? Then this role is for you. For our service activities at airports in the United States (including Portland, Houston, San Francisco, Denver, Washington, and Dallas), we are looking for a Contract Manager Services who is responsible for both commercial growth and the execution of service contracts.

What will you do as a Contractmanager?

In this role, you combine sales and contract management. You are responsible for expanding service contracts and ensuring excellent execution. Your key tasks in this role are:

  • Actively selling service contracts (such as maintenance, SLAs, upgrades, and lifecycle services);
  • Identifying commercial opportunities with existing and new customers;
  • Preparing quotations, pricing strategies, and conducting contract negotiations;
  • Managing and optimizing ongoing service contracts (SLAs, KPIs, costs, and margins);
  • Serving as the point of contact for customers throughout the contract duration;
  • Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and service teams;
  • Manage and monitor local partners and subcontractors;
  • Improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

What do you bring?

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in service contract management and/or service sales;
  • Experience in a technical environment (e.g., security, aviation, or industry);
  • Strong commercial drive and experience with consultative selling;
  • Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and service processes; Good communication skills and stakeholder management;
  • A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented attitude;
  • You have no problem with working irregular hours, as you have daily contact with colleagues and customers in the USA;
  • You are willing to travel internationally, primarily to the USA.
