Are you an experienced HR Administrator who is only satisfied when every detail is accurate? Do you enjoy organising personnel files, streamlining processes and bringing structure to areas where it is still lacking? Then the position of HR Administrator at Daifuku could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Daifuku operates globally in the airport industry, developing and delivering innovative solutions such as Security Lanes and Self-Service Bag Drop systems. Our HR department is undergoing significant development, and we are looking for an experienced colleague who can establish a solid foundation for our HR administration and take it to the next level. You will play a key role within our HR team!
What will you do as HR Administrator?
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, well-organised HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle. You work independently, maintain oversight and take the initiative to ensure that administrative processes are consistently accurate and efficient.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing employee onboarding and offboarding, contract renewals, and personnel and payroll changes;
- Preparing employment contracts, addenda and standard HR correspondence;
- Managing and maintaining up-to-date digital personnel records;

- Applying for and managing Schiphol Airport access passes and the associated security screenings;
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews;
- Reviewing, cleaning up and organising HR administration to ensure accuracy and consistency.
What do you bring to the role?
You are not a beginner. You have proven experience in HR administration and know what good HR processes and accurate recordkeeping look like. You quickly identify areas for improvement, take ownership and work independently to ensure everything is properly organised.
In addition, you bring:
- Availability to work 32 hours per week;
- A vocational or higher professional education level (MBO+/HBO), preferably with a qualification in Human Resource Management;
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, independently managing the full range of HR administration, preferably within a technical or project-based organisation;
- Excellent administrative skills, with a highly accurate, structured and detail-oriented approach;
- Knowledge of HR processes;
- Experience with HR information systems; familiarity with Nmbrs and SharePoint is considered an advantage;
- A proactive and independent working style: you identify what needs to be done, take initiative and do not wait to be asked;
- A strong drive to introduce structure and improve processes;
- Discretion and care when handling confidential information;
- Good written and spoken Dutch and English;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
What do we offer?
- A gross salary of €3,400 – €3,700 per month based on full-time employment, depending on your knowledge and experience;
- 25 days of annual leave per year, based on full-time employment;
- Opportunities for personal development and career growth through training, education and coaching;
- A company laptop and mobile phone, also available for personal use;
- An attractive pension scheme and travel expense reimbursement;
- A friendly and welcoming international working environment with 150 colleagues across Hoofddorp, Germany and Japan;
- A vitality programme, including a sports allowance, a monthly chair massage at the office and a bicycle through Lease a Bike.
