IT Service Desk Employee

In this role, you are the first point of contact for end users and ensure that the digital work environment continues to run smoothly. You combine daily IT support with improving processes and optimizing the workplace environment. You work in a modern Microsoft environment and actively contribute to keeping the IT infrastructure stable, secure, and user-friendly. Additionally, you play an important role in improving work processes and documenting clear work instructions.

What will you do as a IT Service Desk Employee?

You will work in the IT department, together with 4 other colleagues. In this department, support, management, and process improvement come together, and you will have frequent contact with your internal colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving ICT incidents via the ticketing system;
  • Supporting users (on-site and remote);
  • Managing workstations and devices via Microsoft Intune;
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive);
  • Managing users and permissions in Azure AD / Entra ID;
  • Supporting meeting rooms and Teams Rooms;
  • Identifying and resolving recurring issues;
  • Improving and documenting work processes and work instructions.

What do you bring?

  • You are available full-time (minimum 36 hours per week);
  • You have an MBO 4 ICT qualification or a comparable level of work and thinking;
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 11;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure AD / Entra ID;
  • Basic knowledge of networks (DNS, DHCP, WiFi, VPN);
  • Experience with an ITSM ticketing system (e.g., TOPdesk, ServiceNow, or Jira);
  • You work in a structured manner, think in solutions, and are service-oriented.
