As a Junior Data Analyst, you play a key role in this by transforming data into insightful dashboards and actionable information for our clients and internal teams!
What will you do as a Junior Data Analist?
In this role, you work at the intersection of data, technology, and operations. You ensure that data is not only collected but also delivers real value. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining dashboards for external clients;
- Collecting, combining, and structuring various data sources (such as log files);
- Translating data into clear and understandable insights;
- Supporting the improvement of data quality and reliability;
- Analyzing system behavior and operational performance;
- Automating reports and analyses;
- Collaborating with an internal department that uses and further enriches dashboards;
- Coordinating with colleagues regarding requests, improvements, and results.
What do you bring?
- A Bachelor’s degree level of work and thinking (in the field of data, IT, engineering, or business administration);
- 0–3 years of work experience – entry-level candidates are welcome;
- Strong interest in data, analysis, and dashboards;
- Experience with Excel and preferably a BI tool such as Splunk or Power BI;
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, or another scripting language is a plus;
- Good command of Dutch and English;
- You are curious, analytical, and learn new things quickly.
