New Chitose Airport debuts Self Service BagDrop
units from the Scarabee Aviation Group

Chitose/Amsterdam,  November 2017 

After the successful implementation of 39 BagDrop units at Tokyo Haneda’s Domestic Terminal 2 in 2015, All Nippon Airways (ANA) has decided to expand their Self Service BagDrop operations to another station. Starting 8th November 2017, 10 BagDrop units by Scarabee Aviation Group will be operational at New Chitose Airport’s domestic terminal. In cooperation with Scarabee’s valued local partner OKI, these BagDrops will be similar to the units installed at Tokyo Haneda Airport.
The implementation of the Self Service BagDrop is part of ANA’s “Fast Travel” program. “Fast Travel” facilitates a faster and smoother travel experience by leveraging the latest technology, which will enhance the passenger experience.
